How can i customize the frontend form

Hi , i have just bought your Frontend Submit PRO plugin. I have it setup and make it work.

But the front end form submit page is not good looking. How can i fully customize this page and set the right order for my custom fields?

      Styling of the fields and also the space between fields.

      Anyway i used Yellow Pencil Plugin and make it work.
