What is the support policy?

Cat’s Plugins is created with idea save your time, so if you think the problem you’re will cost time, then tell us. But we must agree on the following points before you get supported.

Support Time, Response Time

We’re a team that located all around the world, a global team! So if you have any question, don’t hesitate to tell us, we will help you out at any timezone.

Your discuss/question will be answered within 24 to 48 hours.

If you have bought the priority support package, your question will be replied to within 3 hours, and the Senior developer will help you out, no need to wait for Junior staff review.

What do you support, what not?

We will help you in any case if you’re using our product. That mean you only need to purchase 1 product, you’re legal to get supported for all product.

The usual problems you might facing while using product are:

  1. Fatal Error
  2. Warning
  3. Notice
  4. Plugin does not work as expected

So those are the problem you will be guaranteed to have the support.

We do provide customization, but it’s  not come along with both normal and priority support. Customize services are charged with $25/h. If you have any customization need to be done, please create a ticket here and we will get back to you with estimated time & pricing.
